How are folks thinking about handling compaction commits contending with streaming writes that use DVs? One really nice property of equality deletes is that they don't conflict with concurrent compaction commits (if the compaction preserves the data sequence number when planning started). DVs are scoped to the data file they apply to and if the compaction happens to rewrite those then either the streaming writer or the compaction fails.
