1. Adopting format v4 in iceberg-go: what to support first as v4 work progresses in the spec and Java, and how to stage it. 2. Moving iceberg-go to 1.0: the remaining breaking changes in the pre-1.0 umbrella issue (https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/issues/2062), their order, and a target for the tag.
