As all our hardware uses LITTLE_ENDIAN byte order, BIG_ENDIAN was never tested
properly. We do not know, whether it works. We do not know it's performance
characteristics.
Need to add ability to override endian final flags in both .Net and Java (e.g.
through a system property or through "Ex" configuration) and then run unit
tests with it.
