I found an issue with the OOTB experience. The igniterouter scripts are not
working because the MAIN_CLASS variable is using an outdated package name
for GridRouterCommandLineStartup.

Also occurred with 1.3.0-incubating. No reason to block the release, but it
would be nice to include a note in the release notes under a "known issues"
section, or something.
