Current logic of VisorCache task is like this (pseudo code):

{code}
parts = cache.getPartitions();

for (part in parts) {
 if (part.isPrimary)
   prtimCnt++;
 else
  backupCnt++;
}
{code}

but we should add more checks to detect if  partition is really backup.

for (part in parts) {
 if (part.isPrimary)
   prtimCnt++;
 else if (part.state == OWNING && part.isBackup)
  backupCnt++;
}
{code}
