Field ID calculation with deafult ID mapper is relatively costly operation. It
can be avoided in most cases if we implement a kind of table for speculative
guessing. It will track performed write "tracks" and do it's best to avoid ID
mapper call.
We already have this tecnique in .NET and it shown pretty good marshlling perf
improvement.
