Currently IgniteConfiguration in .NET defaults to 512m/1024m, which is not
correct for x86 mode.
Instead, we should rely on JVM defaults:
* Treat negative IgniteConfiguration.Jvm*MemoryMb property values as "none" and
don't send them to Java
* Use these by default
* Remove Xmx/Xms settings from examples
