We have nightly builds, but they don't include Ignite.NET:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/Nightly+Builds
This can't be fixed (Jenkins runs on Linux and can't build .NET).
Instead, we should provide nightly build NuGet feed as many other teams do:
* ASP.NET
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/webdev/2013/10/09/asp-net-identity-nuget-packages-for-the-nightly-builds-are-available-on-myget/
* Akka.NET http://getakka.net/docs/akka-developers/nightly-builds
As the above projects, we should use MyGet.org instead of NuGet.org to have
more control over prerelease packages.
