{{TcpDiscoveryCloudIpFinder}} can't be used on Azure cloud because Compute
Service functionality from JClouds is not supported for Azure. See
ComputeService” list of supported providers [1].
It means that we have to implement {{TcpDiscoveryAzureIpFinder}} in a similar
way as it's done for AWS ({{TcpDiscoveryS3IpFinder}}) and Google Compute Engine
({{TcpDiscoveryGoogleStorageIpFinder}}).
