Since we added node ID8 into the alert message we can now print alert from each
node (not only from one).
To reproduce:
# start grid with two nodes
# register 'alert -r -t=5 -n=Heap_Usage -hu=gt0' in visorcmd
# open 'work/visor' folder and view the log file
