Normally parent classloader should not have Hadoop in classpath. Otherwise we
may end up in JAR hell situation.
We need to probe parent classloader for Hadoop and print a warning if Hadoop is
likely to be in the classpath. E.g. we can probe for {{FileSystem}} or
{{Configuration}} class.
