Looks like the instructions in README.txt from our distribution are outdated.
Let's review them making up to date.
At least the following is no longer needed:
- VC++ redist is not necessary for Ignite.NET
- JAVA_HOME is not necessary, and can even be confusing when dealing with
x86/x64
