Steps to reproduce:
1) Start CacheExamplesMultiNodeSelfTest.testCacheLockExample.
2) Observe that example hangs and the following metrics printout appears form
time to time:

^-- Public thread pool [active=2, idle=0, qSize=0]
{code}
or
{code}
^-- Public thread pool [active=3, idle=0, qSize=0]
{code}
