Add {{PlatformPluginConfiguration}}, {{PlatformPluginContext}} and
{{PlatformPluginPorvider}}, similar to regular plugins and to cache plugins.
User should be able to add {{PlatformPluginConfiguration}} to
{{PlatformConfiguration}}.
