There are several reports from users claiming that sometimes there is a huge
delay between remote filter and local listener notifications, sometimes local
listener notifications are even seem to be lost. Configuration and code looks
correct, so it's hard to tell if it's a bug or just a misuse. We need to
improve DEBUG level logging for continuous queries to allow better analysis of
such cases.
