Presently, SQL schema/indexes and DDL documentations are documented separately:
https://apacheignite.readme.io/docs/distributed-ddl
https://apacheignite.readme.io/docs/indexes
Need to rework and merge them somehow emphasizing that DDL is becoming a main
tool for the schema definition.
