IGNITE-4887 introduces support for async transaction continuations (start tx in
one thread, perform async cache update, continue transaction in async
continuation).
This should allow us to support {{TransactionScopeAsyncFlowOption.Enabled}}
([msdn|https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.transactions.transactionscopeasyncflowoption(v=vs.110).aspx])
with {{TransactionScope}}.
