{{ServiceDeploymentException}} is currently located in
{{org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.service}} package, which is internal.
But at the same time it is mentioned in {{IgniteService}} interface, which is a
part of the API.
It should be moved to {{org.apache.ignite.services}} package.
