Fix For: 2.3
{{JdbcRequestHandler}} and {{OdbcRequestHandler}} store active cursors in
{{qryCursors}} map. If client connection abruptly ends, these cursors are not
closed properly.
{{SqlListenerNioListener.onDisconnected}} should call
{{SqlListenerConnectionContext.onDisconnected}}, and connection context should
clean up all resources there.
