HOLE was introduced in CacheContinuousQueryHandler.PartitionRecovery. Ticket *IGNITE-426 Implemented failover for Continuous query.* Then it was refactored in *Continuous queries fixes.* After refactoring the variable is never compares to true. Probably, its a bug.
