Some actions like {{Messaging.RemoteListen}} from .NET functionality involve
reading binary metadata when handling message in discovery thread.
This may cause a deadlock as metadata read can block and wait for another
discovery event to arrive.
To avoid deadlock we can check if current thread executing metadata read call
is discovery thread and return current value right away.
