IgniteTxManager.lockMultiple: if GridCacheEntryRemovedException is thrown when
entries are unlocked (txEntry2.cached().txUnlock(tx)) then entry is re-created
for txEntry1, not for txEntry2. This can lead to infinite loop inside
lockMultiple.
