The following scenario may occurs:
# Multiple nodes construct an inactive cluster.
# Cluster activation performed.
# Some nodes fail activation.
# On the other nodes caches will be stopped.
# NPE occurs as a consequence of {{GridDhtPreloader.evictPartitionAsync()}}

Partition eviction failed, this can cause grid hang.
