Each call of 
{{org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.persistence.DataRegionMetricsImpl#updateTotalAllocatedPages}}
 performs {{allocRate.onHit()}} call which is not correct since delta can be 
negative or bigger that 1.

Need to fix allocationRate counting
