I guess we can remove all these suites

GridActivationAtomicCacheSuit
GridActivationCacheAbstractTestSuit
GridActivationLocalAndNearCacheSuit
GridActivationPartitionedCacheSuit
GridActivationReplicatedCacheSuit

They became not relevant after standby mode became part of the basic
functionality.
