See the attached Main which adds 500k records to 3 caches, then clears them,
rinse, repeat.
When ran with default settings, totalAllocatedSize will slowly double over the
course of a few hours and then continue to grow.
When ran with 2 FreeList buckets, it will double every time, 600M -> 1200M ->
1800M -> etc.
