In IGNITE-8428 we implemented ClusterLoginService that will show modal to enter
credentials if authentication enabled on Ignite cluster.
But if this code is triggered form Promises it will lead to situation when this
modal will be shown several times.
This can be fixed if modal will be a singleton.
