Currently, {{FailureHandlerTest}} uses a broken {{CacheStoreFactory}} in order
to trigger the execution of {{FailureHandler}} when a cache with the given
factory is created.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-8640 provides a fix that initiates
rollback procedure in that case and so, does not trigger {{FailureHandler}}
So, the test should use another approach to test {{FailureHandler. It seems
}}{{IoomFailureHandlerTest}} can be used as a starting point.
