Query cursors (inheritors of {{QueryCursorBase}}) are not thread safe. The code
has an attempt to make them thread-safe, but race condition exists between
Dispose and MoveNext calls - it is possible that GetBatch is called after
Dispose, causing all kinds of issues like calls to non-existent filter.
We should either fix the race, or update the documentation with a thread
unsafety note.
