Maxim, I think it would be safer to revert https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-11704 from 2.8 release if there are questions regarding its impact on TC stability. The fix just provides better approach for handling conflicts with removes (instead of in-memory deferred deletes queue). It should be easily rolled back without severe conflicts.
