SQL currently doesn't support inlining for indexes over BigDecimal although
there seem to be no strong reason for that. It is quite often that decimal
types are used in FinTech apps and inability to efficiently use them in SQL
conditions can make migration to SQL a lot harder.
Need to implement support for BigDecimal inlining.
