At the moment, WAL archive is cleared at the end of the checkpoint, which does
not seem correct and needs to be moved to the *FileWriteAheadLogManager*.
It is suggested to clear WAL archive in *FileWriteAheadLogManager#rollOver*
when the *DataStorageConfiguration#maxWalArchiveSize* is reached.
