Summary: Change default location for ignite-bin and ignite-work

Currently, {{ignite-bin}} and {{ignite-work}} folders are created in the
current directory. This might be confusing because the script can be run out of
any folder, which makes the behavior unpredictable.
Let's create these folders somewhere under {{$HOME}} instead.
