Can you show the error it fails with? Can you also try to exclude tests by
running 'mvn clean package -DskipTests'?

As for the binaries, we always include them. An Apache release must contain
a source package, but it doesn't have to be limited to it. 'ignite' and
'ignite.exe' binaries will be downloadable from the website, and for that,
they have to be released.
