Remote listeners still exist after {{IgniteMessaging.stopRemoteListen}} call,
they are removed after some delay, which is unreliable.
See {{MessagingTest.TestStopRemoteListenRemovesAllCallbacksUponExit}} in
Ignite.NET code as a reproducer.
