Summary: Shorter test results directory name

The large number of parameters and their long names cause the too long test
results directory name, so it is reason to split the test into two methods (it
removes the {{trigger_event}} parameter), and cut the prefix of rebalance
parameters from {{rebalance_}} to {{rb_}}.
