I noticed that the *ignite.version.full* file is missing in our binary
distributions.
It might be useful to include it, since the commit hash isn’t specified
anywhere else, not even when a node starts.

Evgeniy, could you please rename the .deb and .rpm artifacts? They
currently include the version suffix 5968, unlike the other artifacts,
let’s remove it for consistency. Only the artifact names need to be
changed.
Also, the ODBC artifacts are missing, so we need to publish them.
