Hi Igniters,

We no longer have dedicated technical writers joining the community as we
occasionally did in the past, and documentation tasks tend to accumulate
over time. As a result, many resolved issues remain marked with the Docs
Required flag.

To help address this, I recently started using a local AI-agent automation
for Apache Ignite 2 documentation triage. And some of you may have noticed
a new type of comments from the Ignite TC bot in JIRA related to
documentation.

The workflow reviews resolved JIRA issues that still have the Docs Required
flag, analyzes the related code changes, and then either:
  - removes the flag when documentation updates are not needed or are
already present, or
  - keeps the flag and creates a follow-up documentation issue with a draft
scope.

This is not a centralized bot service. The workflow runs locally and can be
reproduced by anyone using a modern AI agent with the same lightweight
setup.

I plan to continue improving it and publish the setup in a separate
repository.

Sincerely,
Dmitriy Pavlov
