Just be aware that, while publishing nightly snapshots is fine, these can never be official ASF releases. The obvious reason is that, for a package to qualify as an ASF release requires a vote (by PPMC+IPMC now, and PMC after graduation); and voting, by definition, cannot be automated. -- Brane
