Hi,

I have a couple of comments on Jira ticket workflow.

1. "Patch Available"
We should attach patches to the tickets whenever moving them to this
status. Konstantin is working on the script to make sure that CI builds on
TC can run from attached patches, without having to commit.

2. "Resolved"
Let's treat this status for whenever it has to be reviewed by QA. If no QA
is needed, then the ticket should be Closed.
