Work log:
- Ignite / Ignite Geospacial Indexing module was added to teamcity. See 
{code}GeoSpatialIndexingTestSuite{code}

Current implementation (notes): 
- new jar: {code}libs\optinal\ignite-geospatial\ignite-geospatial<ver>.jar{code}
- {code}libs\optinal\ignite-geospatial\licenses{code} contains 
{code}apache-2.0.txt{code} and {code}jts-lgpl-license.txt{code} (without h2 
license).
