Java and scala docs should be uploaded to the website. We can do so by
simply committing them to SVN into the following folders:

- releases/javadoc/1.0
- releases/scaladoc/1.0

The SVN repo is at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ignite/site/trunk

Can someone integrate it into the build process?
