I investigated failure of
'GridCacheAbstractQueueFailoverDataConsistencySelfTest.testAddFailover', it
fails because 'IgniteQueue.add' sometimes adds element two times.
In 'GridTransactionalCacheQueueImpl.offer' if transaction adding element throws
ClusterTopologyCheckedException then transaction is retried.
Probably after recent transaction changes even if transaction failed cache
changes are not rolled back. Alexey, could you please take a look.
