Test coverage for v2 file system is extremely poor at the moment - it tests
only PRIMARY mode, so we actually don't know whether it work in other modes at
all.
Need to create tests for different modes (PRIMARY, PROXY, DUAL_*), execution
types (EMBEDDED, EXTERNAL), IPC types (TCP, SHMEM) in the same way as it is
done for v1.
