Description:
Need to cleanup internal cache API:
- get rid of projection with predicate
- check if now possible to have multiple filters per operation, if not change
API to accept single IgnitePredicate instead of IgnitePredicate[]
- remove GridCacheAdapter methods which have GridCacheProjectionEx parameter
- remove GridCacheAdapter methods which have ttl parameter
- get rid of unneeded CacheFlags
- get rid of GridCachePeekMode
- get rid of GridCacheAdapter.reload method
- I think it makes sence to rename GridCacheAdapter's method to match
IgniteCache public API (e.g. putx -> put, put -> getAndPut)
- remove methods keySet(), entrySet(), etc
- make async put future to return null (IGNITE-461)
