The Jenkins security patches have been applied and the server has been
started.

I'll be installing some security patches on jenkins.impala.io shortly.
As such, the server has been placed in "Prepare for restart" mode.
Currently builds should complete, but no new build will be queued.
Another email will be sent then the upgrade is complete and the server
is back up.
