Note to everyone, we are about to merge a change that sets USE_CDP_HIVE to true by default. This switches over all CDH dependencies to CDP, including switching from Hive 2 to Hive 3 by default (as well as from Sentry to Ranger). Some details are in IMPALA-9642. If there are no objections, I'm going to merge this in the next few hours.
