Request to be an assignee of some JIRA tasks

My name is Yida Wu, a new intern in the Impala backend development team of
Cloudera.

I am writing to ask if I can be assigned to IMPALA-9828 and IMPALA-9829,
since my technical mentor Abhishek Rawat doesn't have the privilege to
assign the tasks to me.
