I think it's time to release 4.1.1 now since there are bunch of bug fixes back ported to branch-4.1.1: https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20IMPALA%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%20%22Impala%204.1.1%22
If there are other bug fixes, we can leave them in 4.1.2.
