Thank Daniel and Gabor! We currently depends on a snapshot version of Kudu with a customized change: https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/73e2e0a5831330d85ea6aeaa237a575254ea5e6b/bin/impala-config.sh#L838-L840
The latest kudu release is still 1.16.0 which is what we used for the Impala 4.1. It'd be nice if we can make sure Impala-4.2 can still run on Kudu-1.16.
